A property agent rarely has one task at a time. A buyer sends a question while a seller waits for an update, a viewing needs confirmation and the next appointment still needs preparation. Good follow-up is often what keeps the relationship moving, but it is exactly the work that gets squeezed between visits, calls and paperwork.
A personal assistant for real estate work
Albertina is a new brianda.cloud AI-assistant project for real estate professionals. We are designing it to support the daily flow around a property transaction: organise and draft replies to incoming messages, prepare the context for meetings, research questions that arise around a listing and make the next action easier to see.
The point is not to turn a relationship into an automatic chat. A serious property decision still needs an agent who understands the client, the home, the local market and when a conversation calls for a human answer. Albertina is intended to remove some of the repetitive coordination around that work, so the agent has more time for the conversation that matters.
Conversations need context, not canned replies
Prospects do not care which channel they used. They want a useful answer while the property is still on their mind. Albertina is being planned to work across the messaging channels agents already use, including Facebook, WhatsApp and Telegram, with the same client context following the conversation where that is appropriate and authorised.
A reply should still sound like the agent, respect the actual status of the property and stop when the question needs a person. The first version will therefore be shaped around review points, clear escalation and a record of what has been proposed or sent. We would rather make a smaller assistant that an agent can trust than one that answers quickly without enough context.
Meetings should start prepared
Before a viewing or valuation meeting, useful information is usually scattered across messages, notes, calendars and listing material. Albertina is being designed to assemble a focused briefing: who is attending, what they asked about, which facts still need checking and what follow-up would be sensible after the meeting.
That preparation can be just as valuable as a drafted reply. It gives the agent a calmer starting point, reduces the risk of repeating questions the client has already answered and makes the next conversation feel continuous rather than starting from zero.
Research with a clear boundary
Research can help an agent move faster, but it also has limits. Albertina is planned to help collect and organise information for a listing, a client question or an upcoming meeting. Important facts still need a source, a date and a human check before they become advice to a client.
The project will be developed with a practical boundary between useful support and uncontrolled automation. Agents should decide what Albertina can access, what it may draft, when it must ask and which actions always remain manual.
Building it with working agents
Albertina is at the start of its build. We are looking to work with real estate professionals who want to test the workflows that actually consume their time: inbox follow-up, viewing coordination, meeting preparation, property research and post-visit next steps.
If you work in real estate and want to help shape a private, useful assistant around the way you already work, brianda.cloud would like to hear from you.
